Of course, this site isnt about losing weight or getting an education (although both are certainly damn good ideas :-). Its about how to stop drinking alcohol or at least reduce your drinking to a bare minimum so your life can improve.
As you look back on your life, how many things would have been better if you didnt drink? How much more enjoyable would your life be right now if you didnt have an alcohol problem? How much more can you still have in the future if you can kick this addiction?
Being drunk really IS no way for you to go through life. Its simply a waste of every good thing you ever had, or that you have now. Furthermore, it will hurt you in every way possible for all your remaining years on this earth.
To paraphrase Dean Wormer, getting drunk is just about the stupidest thing you can do and thats no way to go through life. Of course, the opposite is also true: getting sober is just about the smartest thing you can do.
Maybe its time for YOU to smarten up?
